Call the demo clinic

This is the same agent that answers the clinic's phone. It asks for your name, date of birth, a phone number, why you are coming in, medications and allergies, then offers appointment times. Every critical detail is read back to you before it is recorded.

Say this on the call

Priya Sharma is an invented patient, so none of this belongs to anyone. The agent also asks for a phone number and why you are coming in; answer those in your own words, and keep them invented too.

  1. “My name is Priya Sharma, P-R-I-Y-A.”When it asks for your full name. Spelling it gives the recording a name to check.

  2. “Date of birth fourteen March nineteen eighty-eight.”When it asks for your date of birth. It reads the date back before it keeps it.

  3. “Main metformin leti hoon, paanch sau.”When it asks what you take. This one is Hinglish.

  4. “Kal subah agar slot hai.”When it asks when you would like to come in. It then offers up to three times.

The third line is Hinglish for “I take metformin, five hundred”. The agent understands English, Hindi or the two mixed, and answers in English.

Sunrise Family Clinic, intake line

Not connected.

This needs a microphone, and the browser asks for one when you press the button. The line is recorded: what you say is transcribed as you speak and again from the recording, and becomes the chart at the foot of this page, which the clinic desk sees too. You can delete that chart yourself once the call ends. Speak as a patient would, and give no real medical details.
